Osaka prefecture and city will run a free addiction-support pilot near Honmachi Station from Friday, December 4 to Sunday, December 27. Announced on November 4, the second “Kokorolink” trial combines individual consultations, a public exhibition and talks. It is a temporary service ahead of a proposed permanent addiction-support center, not the center’s opening.

Consultations after work, but check the hours

Weekday consultations run from 13:00 to 20:30, with the last reception at 19:00. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, the city lists 10:00 to 17:30, with last reception at 16:00. The exhibition has different hours: 10:00 to 20:30 throughout the pilot.

Consultation bookings are scheduled to open on Friday, November 20 via the Osaka addiction information portal. As of the November 6, 08:14 JST check, the prefecture’s portal information page says the portal is unavailable for emergency maintenance. The announced booking date is a plan, not a working reservation service today. People with concerns about their own dependence or a family member’s can seek advice. Walk-ins can ask staff at the exhibition, but a same-day consultation is not guaranteed. Virtual-space consultations require advance booking.

The exhibition is on the first floor of Osaka Metro Honmachi Building, 3-6-4 Honmachi, Chuo-ku, directly connected to the station. The consultation venue is separately described as “near Honmachi Station”; booked visitors will be told the exact location individually. Do not assume the exhibition floor is the consultation room. Language or interpretation support was not confirmed in the announcements checked.

What this trial is testing

The prefecture and city say they are testing demand for a well-connected location and longer opening hours. The results will inform planning for the proposed center. Weekday evening access is a practical part of that test: being able to ask for support should not depend on having a free weekday afternoon.

Talks will cover subjects including shopping and fan activities on December 6 and gambling-related dependence on December 19. The prefecture says applications for seminars and talks are planned to start November 13. Check the portal for the final details; booking a talk and booking a consultation are separate things. Existing prefectural and city mental-health-center consultations continue during the pilot.

日本語：本町で依存に関する無料相談、12月4日から27日まで

大阪府・大阪市は、本町駅近くで第2回の実証事業「こころりんく」を12月4日（金）から27日（日）まで実施します。11月4日の発表によると、依存に関する本人・家族等の相談や展示、セミナー等を無料で行います。常設の「（仮称）大阪依存症対策センター」の開設ではなく、開設準備のための期間限定の実証事業です。

相談は平日13時～20時30分（最終受付19時）、土・日・祝日は10時～17時30分（最終受付16時）。展示の開場時間は全日10時～20時30分です。相談の予約は11月20日（金）からポータルサイトで開始予定。ただし11月6日8時14分の確認時点では、府の案内ページに「緊急メンテナンス中のため、ご利用いただけません」と表示されています。予約開始予定と現在の利用可否は別です。当日予約なしの場合は展示会場のスタッフに相談できますが、当日受けられない場合もあります。バーチャル空間を活用した相談は事前予約が必要です。

展示会場は本町駅直結のOsaka Metro本町ビル1階（中央区本町3丁目6番4号）。相談会場は本町駅近くで、予約者に個別案内されます。展示と相談の会場を混同しないよう注意してください。外国語・通訳対応は今回確認した発表では確認できませんでした。セミナー・トークの申込みは府発表では11月13日開始予定ですが、相談予約とは別です。詳しくは府のポータルサイトをご確認ください。
